Density Altitude Chart Tutorial

Use this chart to compute density altitude given temperature and pressure altitude.



An Example Of How To Read The Chart:
Follow the three steps above to read the density altitude when the
temperature is 40 degrees centigrade and the elevation is 5,000 feet.

The density altitude will be approximately 8,800 feet.
